Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4:15 to 5:30 pm

The Yoga Classes are based on the traditions of Hatha Yoga and influenced by the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar and others. Classes are designed to benefit everyone from beginners to advanced. We seek to develop strong healthy bodies and minds and learn to be a positive influence on our lives as well as the world. Our instructor, Keith Lickey, has over 40 years of yoga experience coupled with over twenty years teaching yoga.
